I was without a stove for several months due to supply chain issues. The staff was kind, helpful and patient with all my inquiries. Then my dishwasher went out too. 🙄 Gehring staff not only found a compromise that fit my budget but a well made product that may actually last ! The delivery and installation was without incident and they left my house clean and trash free. Finally the smell of baking bread and clean dishes ! Thank you !! Great job !!

such good honest people!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! A few days ago in these 90 degrees weather my central air went out. Denver came with in a hour of me calling them and fix it in no time. so honest about what was wrong. They don't try to take you or lie to you and their prices are very reasonable. THANK YOU, GERING,

I needed a new disconnect and contactor installed to my outdoor AC unit. The technician was Denver. He did a wonderful job. Denver is very knowledgeable and friendly. He explained everything as he worked through the issues. Our AC unit is now operational again and we are very happy.

Some of the best customer service you will ever receive! We recently had a natural gas line installed and converted a propane fire place to natural gas. After completion, I was wanting a professional to inspect the line and light the pilot light for the first use. I've been searching for months with many of unreturned calls and no call, no shows. Finally, I was referred to Gehring. I made a call to Keith on a Thursday, informing him I'd be going out of town for the weekend and he worked me into his schedule for Monday. Keith was just an awesome guy! He was very thorough, explained things very well, and even went the extra mile to find a GFI that had been tripped when I mentioned that our deep freeze had stopped working. I will definitely be calling Gehring for any HVAC or electrical need that I have in the future.
